January 1979: Construction begins for the first Mashriqu’l-Adhkar in Western Samoa

The foundation stone for the first Baha’i House of Worship in Western Samoa was laid on 27 January 1979 by His Highness Malietoa Tanumafili II, King of Western Samoa.
